Ketamine-Assisted EMDR · Now Booking for October

A deeper level of processing, when standard EMDR has taken you far but not far enough.

Ketamine-Assisted EMDR pairs low-dose, psycholytic ketamine — prescribed by a referred medical provider — with EMDR therapy, to help you access and process what's felt out of reach.

How It Works

A structured process, from assessment to your first session.

01

Assessment Session (90 Minutes)

We'll discuss your goals and history together to determine how many Ketamine-Assisted EMDR sessions may be appropriate for you, and I'll refer you for a medical evaluation with a prescribing provider.

02

Medical Evaluation

A referred medical provider evaluates your fit for low-dose, psycholytic ketamine and, if appropriate, provides a prescription.

03

Ketamine-Assisted EMDR Sessions (3 Hours Each)

Following your assessment and medical evaluation, I'll share a proposed package with the recommended number of sessions for your goals.

Why Consider Ketamine-Assisted EMDR

Adding ketamine to the EMDR process can offer benefits standard EMDR alone doesn't reach.

  • Increases neuroplasticity, helping the brain form new patterns more readily
  • Softens protective parts that can make standard EMDR feel harder to access
  • Supports accelerated, deeper processing than talk therapy or EMDR alone
  • An option for those who feel "stuck" despite consistent therapeutic work

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Ketamine-Assisted EMDR?

A therapeutic approach combining low-dose, psycholytic ketamine — prescribed by a medical provider — with EMDR, to support deeper and more accelerated processing.

Do you prescribe the ketamine?

No. I refer you to a medical provider who conducts a medical evaluation and, if appropriate, prescribes and oversees the ketamine component. My role is the EMDR therapy itself.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are 3 hours each. The number of sessions recommended for you is determined after your 90-minute assessment and medical evaluation.

How much does it cost?

The 90-minute assessment preparation session is $550. Each 3-hour intensive session is $1,500. A package of 4 intensive sessions is $4,800.

When can I start?

I'm now booking Ketamine-Assisted EMDR beginning in October.
